WIll having my air conditioning system blowing on me overnight worsen my acne?
I take pills and cream given by my doctor which are meant to dry out the skin. I have an air conditioning system (that i put water and ice cubes in) which blows out cool air and puts moisture into the air. I do this as i get so hot in the middle of the night. However, will doing this prevent my acne from clearing up as the moisture will stop the skin drying out?
I take pills and cream too. I sleep with my ac all year around (I know I’m crazy) but I can’t like breathe and whatever. anyways! It never effected my acne or anything. do you have to put water and ice cubes though? mine is just normal cold air.
