acne …?
Im a 16 year old daughter and have been struggling with w / acne since 7th grade. From Grade 7-9th it wasn't that bad, very mild BT now im starting to get the look rashy type of acne on my face and its really hurt my pride … can someone tell me how to solve this problem.
This may sound weird, but it works. I have no acne by using this! I go to bed around 23 hours usually. Thus, around 20 hours I start drinking water. I drink two bottles of water before going to bed. This helps clean the skin from within. I wash my face with pickle juice, the acid in the pickle juice is safe, and will not break your dry skin acid zits and get rid of them. It may smell funny, but it works and the morning, wash your face with antibacterial soap or wash your face of acne. And your hair in place so comfortable when you go to sleep, you use conditioner and shampoo for hair oil sends to your skin at night that causes acne. So just take these measures. Step 1: Drink two bottles of water Step 2: Wash your face with Step 3 pickle juice: your hair up at night. Step 4: Wash the face in the morning with soap or medication. and remember not to eat late at night and if you need to eat healthily.
