best treatment for acne scars on my face?

I had scars for some time now and I really want to get rid of them. they are not bad because i have seen worse, but I'm very self conscious about this because I know they are noticeable. What are some procedures I can do. I tried that and it did not Jack Microderm abrasion it cost 150 to a session and did not help. I asked laser, but they said because of my skin color (dark brown) it is not recommended.
