How do I get my GP to refer to a dermatologist?

I had severe acne for more than 6 years. He has had an impact enormous impact on my social life, I get rejected by other people my age who do not suffer as I do. For the last 2 years I have attended some meetings all with my GP. And every time I get a prescription for an ointment. Until far, 12 have been tried antibiotic creams.
