Is it true that if u ur Face Scrub with acne on her … it will only worsen the situation and acne double.??

I heard that u should not suffer if u scrub ur acne .. otherwise it will just worsen the situation and ull get more acne … Is this true .. and if not wat u wen rub with acne on the face …. ur pls help??

well I do not know if it doubles, but make existing acne worse. rub your face is useless anyway, it just irritates acne and redness causes. I found that washing my face less vigorously and only 2 times a day improves my skin dramatically.
