Has anyone else found that drinking green tea reduces acne?
I will drink 2 cups of green tea, go to bed with 8 pimples, and wake up with only 3.
It gets rid of so much acne I can’t believe why everyone spends so much money on expencive products that dont work as well.
I’ve spent atleast $200+ on acne products, and the only thing that really works longterm is green tea.
Has anyone else tried this remedy?
I’ve tried it too when I had lots of acne and blemishes on my face.I’ve drink one cup of green tea every night before I go to sleep.In two weeks,my acne starts to reduce and I increase my green tea intake;1 cup in the morning and 1 cup before sleeping.Now,I still practice this my skin complexion does improve a lot(:
By the way,you could also try to take Vitamin E supplements or Evening Primrose Oil supplements.It really does a lot for your skin complexion,really.Plus,I will also start to take collagen drink for a week since it will detoxify body system and improve collagen concentration in the skin.You could try these too if you want to.Thanks for sharing your tips by the way(:
