How can I reduce the stress on a daily basis?
I noticed that the only time my face is completely acne free when I'm on vacation. So I told my acne stress because other then that I do not eat junk food, drink sodas, I have enough Excise and get enough sleep. So how can I reduce stress without doing yoga or walking? How can I reduce stress while I'm at school with homework, etc.? I do not feel stressed but I think my body begs to differ. Btw I'm in high school.
