What are the best natural care products for skin prone to acne?

My skin is combination, sensitive (as I am prone drought, rashes, hives and severe), and very prone to acne. I just started using Dr. Bronner's soap Magic (diluted, of course!) On my face. It cleans very well, but now I have a friendly soap, I thought I may as well opt for an ink organic moisturizer and treatment on site. For toner, I presume it will take witch hazel base, but I'm not sure if I should just use Dickinson or something else (Thayer's?) For a moisturizer, all I need is something that will keep my face soft and moist and not break me out. It's always difficult to find one: (For a spot treatment that I know I need the oil of tea tree, but what is the best brand? Thank you in advance! PS-is there anything natural to help acne scars?
