Question about my babies skin…?

My baby is a little over a month and just like any new baby, sometimes he will uncontrollably scratch his face. He also of course has a little infant acne. Well when he scratches his face it looks a little rashy afterwards. He was on regular good start formula but wasn’t doing well so we switched to soy for other reasons, but I thought it just may actually be an allergic reaction to that formula. Well we are on good start soy and his face is still doing that. Do you think this is anything to worry about?

my baby is 6mos now, but we had switched her to the good start soy also… from what i know about the allergic reactions & what-not with the begining of a new food, the rash or reaction would occur all over his body, or begin to spread in your case from his face to his tummy or something. & the reaction occurs within the first couple of hours,.. so it may be that he’s just scratching his face. Their skin is soo sensitive that the littlest things upset it… but if your really concerned call your pediatrician.. or you can call your hospitals maternity ward to speak with a nurse,.. they’re willing to help & have the medical background!
