Topical acne meds in conjunction with skin supplements?

I use Differin and Clydamicin Phosphate topically, both perscribed by my dermatologist. I’d like to know whether including Murad’s pure skin supplements would be supplemental in clearing my skin, or if it would counteract my medicine…thanks!
