How do you control your acne?

Acne has taken over my life. I'd say it's between mild and severe, my places problem are the forehead and cheeks. the zits on my cheeks are fewer but bigger and red. my forehead has no buttons but just great many small bumps. It does not hurt my face when I touch it or anything, I feel the psychological effects. my self-esteem is lowered dramatically. I do not watch people with my face directly pointed at them. I feel so ugly, and I am much more confident and assertive when my skin is clearer. i do not get it. My parents had not much more than acne, I only drink water and lots of it, my diet is fine, and I clean my skin 2 times a day. What can I do? How did you get rid of your acne?

Well… not everyones skin is the same; there are different types of skin: normal, dry, oily, combo, and sensitive. So when looking to use this ‘toothpaste method’ you should account for the type of skin that you have. But odds are if you are visiting a dermatologist they are going to tell you to ditch the idea about using toothpaste. But if you wanna try it out, go for it.

How to cure a pimple

1. Wash you skin thoroughly and pat it dry with clean towel.
2. Wrap an ice cube in a washcloth and hold it over the spot for a minute or two; it’ll help bring down the swelling.
3. Dip the end of a cotton swab into some diluted tea tree oil (available at any pharmacy, and trust me, this oil was meant for the skin!) and dot a tiny amount directly into the pimple.
4. Leave it alone to heal. Don’t pop, pinch, or squeeze pimples, it will only make it worse.

Also, you can dab a bit of toothpaste, alcohol, or vinegar to pimple before going to bed each night. When you wake up the pimple will be gone. This is because toothpaste, alcohol, and vinegar will dry the oil out of pimples.
