How to get rid of acne quickly?

In one month, I am having my grade eight graduation. I am hoping to be pimple-free by then, but I don’t know how. I am taking Minocin (an anti acne drug) but I still have pimples. I wash my face every night and morning, with a facial wash that doesn’t dry out my face. I eat fairly healthy foods since I’m. vegetarian. what else can I do to ensure I am pimple free for grad?
