How to help cystic ance??? Please help. I’ve tried everything…?

I’ve had acne (not cystic) since i was about 10 or 11. Im 15 now and now i have cystic acne. Oh joy. I’ve tried about every acne product you could think off Proactiv, the “new improved formula” Proactiv, Murad, Neutrogena, St. Ives, Clean and Clear etc. etc.. I’m getting nowhere and wasting all my money trying new products… And it isn’t just the unsightly red bumps on my face (although thats about 99.9 % of it), but also the sheer pain that comes with it. And besides who wants acne… Anyway, does anyone know a “cure” for cystic acne or at least some way to keep it under control? Any products you’ve used? Drug store? High-end? Any home remedies? At this point im willing to try anything… Please help!
Oh my God. Persa gel almost killed me! I think i’m probably allergic to it but when i used it my face was itchy and my eyelids were burned (I didnt even use it near my eyes!)… Not good…

I know you said you’ve tried clean and clear but have you tried their persa gel? Cystic acne is extremely hard to get rid of so you might need to just go to a dermatologist. But I heard a girl saying the persa gel got rid of her cystic acne and it’s worked wonders for my skin recently also. You also could get some tea tree oil and dab it on the cysts. I’ve never tried that on my cysts personally but it has worked for some of the other acne that I’ve had (whiteheads, blackheads etc..) so you might give it a go. you can get it at grocery stores and health food markets. Just make sure you only dab it on the spot because it could really dry you out severely otherwise if you put it all over the place.

They are in the family of retinoids. When you use these you can not go tanning and you must wear sunscreen every day.
