Can anyone help me solve my face problems?

I’m thirteen and my hormones are kicking in. Last year, I had really bad acne and I, stupidly, popped my zits. This year, I started using proactiv which cleared up my zits, but now, there are little dark spots all over my face. Will a certain type of makeup or medication heal them or cover them up well? Also, there’s the problem of facial hair; besides shaving and waxing what else can I do to get rid of it? And don’t say bleach it because I’m black.
