Some home remedies

Always remember Never handle a button. The button becomes inflamed. Manipulation of the bacteria and germs to spread, causing the Pimple, to other parts of the face and may cause scarring.

Every half hour take an ice pack on the button for 2 minutes to reduce inflammation. Holding a tea bag or a cotton ball stamped in lemon juice against the "bud" may also reduce inflammation. Suspicion toothpaste (not gel) applied before going to bed can also be soothing.
