QUESTION OF SCAR REMOVAL acne.?
Hello, Well then I'm very bad acne on my chest and back when I was 12 and MI 15 and now all disappeared after I went on reacatine or something like that (cannot spell it) but it just left me with no withdrawal scars my chest now. i dont have a picture but its like little pieces of white skin all over my chest? this type of surgery that I could get rid of it, what age would be? How much would it cost or could I get it on the NHS, we have here in Scotland. the national health service free .. ?
