What is the speed of working aloe vera facial and body acne?

I need something that is preferably a home remedy that can really, and I mean really, my skin clear up enough for swimming lessons. I do have a solution! help please.

Aloe vera helps to soothe irritated skin and is used in many products skin care. But it is especially suited for dry / sensitive / normal to mature skin. If your skin type oily / combination skin young, you should use a product such as witch hazel astringent (Gel or liquid) and works wonders on the skin or glycolic acid / saclyic which helps reduce the appearance of scars, redness and pimples.
