The diagnosis and removal of my acne scars?

My skin almost completely smooth. If you were a person blind and you felt my face you probably would not know that I have never had acne. But I have many scars acne. They are not concave and they do not shade the sunlight, they are all red discoloration of the skin, some large, some small. Does anybody know what this type of acne scarring is called? Many of you will say to go to the dermatologist but money is really tight right now and I can not afford 100-600 dollars in appointments and treatments. In this moment I am using a scouring pad on my face all evening with an apricot scrub for oily skin and acne, can I use the final solution of Proactiv, the net. It worked great for acne and contributed slightly to lighten acne scars, but I still have many things I want to get rid of them. If Please can someone give me a home remedy to get rid of my acne scars at the end of August?

I had the same problem as you did, but it was all over my legs so bug bites, and they are not too far away. I learned in bio class that the only scars that are permanent are those that turn white, so of course your acne scars will eventually go away. every one on my leg did what I did on the acne scars on my face (I do not have many) was apricot scrub, but for serious scars on my legs, I used vitamin E, you can get vitamin E in a pharmacy or department store as an oil. You can take it orally, but I've always bought bottled and applied directly on the skin. is unpleasant at first, but if you do abuse it and make it completely your oily skin, it begins to help scars. it only took me 6 months to get rid of all the scars on my leg. hopefully that helps!

The above passage was taken from the Old Testament in the Bible. Even then, people equated beauty with pale skin and easy. The wretches who have acne, or worse, acne scars, if it is no longer outlawed public today, are still not considered beautiful, like the skin.

Acne scars are terrible to have. They are there as permanent reminders, even after the acne long term, its courses and the redness has disappeared. Some people develop spots of acne, and yet, when acne is resolved, there is no trace of the disease. Others are smaller in May, fewer red spots, but they can scar quite badly. Any form of marking should be treated as severe acne, and needs aggressive treatment.

There are different types of acne scars. Some are shallow. Often, they are deep, called "ice pick" scars. They are the result of a severe inflammatory reaction deep in the hair follicle and sebaceous glands. They are difficult to disguise with cosmetics and almost impossible to remove surgically.

Other forms of acne scars include keloids scars. These start as scars common, but can continue to grow to become packed and hard. These effects are difficult to treat.

Preventing scars Acne is still the best treatment. However, if acne scars have formed, what are some methods available to treat them.

Cryotherapy involves freezing the area of skin where the shallow acne scars are formed. The hope was that peeling happen, but it did not work. However, cryotherapy can still sometimes be used for severe acne cysts. But the treatment itself can cause scars.

Dermabrasion involves removing the top layers of skin where the scars are formed. This can be effective if Shallow scars are present. It is not useful for ice pick scars.

Lasers may serve to remodel scar tissue and reduce redness of skin around healed acne lesions. In some cases, a single treatment is all that is necessary to achieve permanent results. Because the skin absorbs powerful bursts of laser energy, it may be post-redness for several months.

Chemical peels work on the same principle in order to use a powerful chemical irritant to remove the upper layers of the skin.
