There is something called Scar Solution. There may be other brands too. It is a silicone such thing bandage. A box is a little expensive (I forgot, maybe $ 10 or $ 20), but you can wash cloths and put them back quite a few times. And you can cut bandages to the size you want (they are self adhesive). They claim to reduce the appearance of scars after several weeks of wear … even if scar is old. They are supposed to work best on scars prominent, though. I had some facial and asked the office of my dermatologist if they worked. One doctor thought they did, another thought they did not make much difference. I've used during my surgery was healing … do not know if it made a difference, but it heals very good … Can not really see a scar.

According to the skinabrasion.net website, it says it can reduce acne scars and minimize enlarged pores. Is this true, has anyone tried it?
My scars are pretty small, I’m guessing only the top layer is ripped.

you should look for reviews and opinions on the web. there are lots. personally, i don’t like neutrogena. people (and me, by expirience) say it’s too hard on your skin. mine was itchy and red after i applied a neutrogena product. of course, it may vary depending on the person. not all skins are the same or react the same way. good luck, anyway.
