What is a home remedy for acne?

I have acne, heads mostly white, but black heads on my nose … I want them gone !!!!! I tried everything from prescription treatments for acne using Cetaphil, scrubs, and Clean & Clear. I read online that natural is the way to go if you know a good home remedy please help! PS I put the tea tree oil minutes a few days ago so I do not know the results so far … will it work?
