Odd skin acne on legs, how do I get rid of it?

I have a lot of little reddish acne bumps on my legs (mostly upper thighs on the front and back of calves a bit). Can I get rid of it? Does it ever go away? I’ve had it for almost as long as I can remember. Could I just use regular acne facial treatment products? It’s very embarrassing when I wear shorts, and it’s almost summer.

what is the best on-the-spot or overnight acne treatment?

i don’t have bad acne at all, i just got a pimple once and a while and its really bothersome. i am looking for one of those overnight treatments for acne. i have been looking at reviews and they make no sense, the reviews are so contradicting and some say positive things and some say negative. HELP!

try a dab of toothpaste applied on the pimple. not for smearing out onto the whole face !
good luck.

ps otherwise try a dab of ti tree oil or lavender oil.
