I'm confused diagnoses PCOS!

I had irregular periods right from the start … No biggie until December last when suddenly I gained 5 pounds, started getting acne on my face and a little on my back and the funnest thing All: I started growing like 5 hair on my chin. I just went to the Dominican Republic and had a blood test to check my hormone levels (especially male hormones) and everything was normal. My dr. suggested we do an ultrasound for the pleasure of checking the presence cysts on the ovaries … Indeed there. Based on my symptoms and cysts I am now classified as having PCOS. I did research and everything approaching said that Dead Give Away is obese. I weigh only 130! The next clue is the high testosterone. I do not either! I am perplexed about the causes of my symptoms first, if it is hormones. Does anyone have any info??
