I am a 26 year old woman with facial hair. Does Vaniqa cream or spironolactone help?? Other ideas??

I light skin and blond hair, if electrolysis is not an option. I do not really have to wax / shave my face. Someone he tried Vaniqa cream? If yes, do you know if it can be used in combination with Retin-A cream (I use it for acne). Too, Did you tried Spironolactone (Aldactone)? Other ideas for me?? Thank you so much for your help!
