I was diagnosed with lupus in March and were very sick. I had symptoms but for 7 years. Recently I started getting white spots all over her face that repeat all day and a dozen points of cystic acne on my chin, neck and chin. Cystic acne takes at least 2 weeks for each injury go away, but this time there are several new ones. It is painful and ruin my skin. I saw on another post here that said they thought Lupus was not unrelated to the problem of cystic acne, but I'm sure he does. I never had acne like this in any my life, and whites are an overabundance of white blood cells which is logical due to immune system problems with lupus. I tried all the remedies at home and on prescription drugs and nothing even touches it. Is there a very good prescription medication for cystic acne that works with lupus and not a bunch of ugly side effects, and which is not based steroids that I can not take them? I recommend going lush, a shop with only natural products, it participates much. Drink water and keep a healthy diet. If it persists, laser is not a bad approach. Good luck.
